How to use

Start by going to [Settings] -> [Index Now] amd click [Let’s Get Started!] This is the end. There is nothing more to do.

This function is only valid for Bing and Yandex that has adopted Index Now. 22.8.24 is not valid for other search engines such as Google or Naver .

[Let’s Get Started!]If it is not activated, you must make an HTTP request referring to https://www.bing.com/indexnow

We guide you through the 4 steps as below 1. API key generation and 2. Upload the API key to the host, [Let’s Get Started!] will be activated. Sites that do not use WordPress You must proceed with step 3. and 4.

1. Generate API key

An API key is required to match domain ownership with the submitted URL. It must be at least 8 characters long.

2. Upload the API key to the host

Host the API key in the root directory in txt format. Helps verify ownership of submitted URLs.

3. Submit URLs with parameters

Webmasters can submit individual or bulk URLs. Just submit the key location as a URL parameter.

4. Get details about the number submitted

URLs submitted and retrieved from Bing can be viewed in the [IndexNow] menu in Bing Webmaster Tools (login required).

Verification of host on API key

You will need to host your UTF-8 key file at.

It’s been less than 3 days since I installed it, but 19 are showing up in the search results!! It’s hard to believe that only 30 million people around the world use this great plugin.

Yandex

3 pages were indexed on the day of installing IndexNow, 12 pages the next day, and 9 pages on the 3rd day. It’s not indexed as fast as Bing, but even if you’re only indexing about 10 pages per day, it’s a great performance considering the effort of manual indexing. That’s great.

Being indexed doesn’t immediately show up in search results. However, if you submit a URL using ‘Manual URL submission’ above, which is a manual index, it will be displayed in the search results on the same day. (Considering that using Reindex Pages, which is a manual Yandex indexing function, only indexes, but it takes a considerable amount of time to be exposed in search results) This is an amazing feature.
